I have an ad free site at:

It works well, for as much as I've created, but on my local computer the same (apparently) file hierarchy won't link. The index page isn't finding other pages, images or the style sheet.
I've named the local parent folder "public_html" inside that I have my index.html and the folder named "recovery_site" and inside that the "recov_images" and "recov_pages" folders with contents.
Why does our x10 site link well, and my local site not?
I want to have a exact copy of my site on my local machine, so that I can test pages before I upload them.
Note: only the "find us!" and "home" pages are loaded on the site now.
