location php.ini file

im trying to install this script and i keep gettin a error that says i need to turn my upload function on and i have to edit this in the php.ini and i dont know where to find that file can somebody helf me

Login to: http://x10hosting.com/account with your FORUM username and password, and request the "Intermediate" PHP version.
This should allow some functions that may be needed by your script.
What error it's giving? So we can know if it will work or not with the PHPv2.
