Locked out! HELP, it's URGENT!

Yeah, my site www.miscsource.com/forums/ , I'm getting an error I got before where it says it's Forbidden and I can't log into my cPanel. It happened before, help please!

have you tried ur subdomain name yet...you know the one u get when u sign up? or did u redirect it?

It still says I'm locked out. This happened before and it was resolved quickly.

You need to CHMOD your forums directory to 777 so everyone can view it.

It was at 644 and it worked, then all of a sudden it went faulty.

Thats because your site re-cached.. If you would change the settings like I told you it will work smoothly.

I'm telling you I have tried. I can't even go into the directory on FTP.

Go to your FTP program. ( I recommend Filezilla ). Go into your public_html folder
and right click on forums and find CHMOD or set permissions.

sounds like you may have been either back stabbed by one of you admins/mods OR you may have been hacked.

Maybe ask Corey if he could get you ur passes.

Umm ok I didnt say anything about ur CPanel but Corey said ur fixed so ur good now

Your directory was set too 000 permissions, this is caused by our firewall finding suspicious activity with a script in the folder. The most common reason is that you are sending out too many E-mails too fast. If you need to do a bulk mass mail I suggest breaking it up into smaller portions to prevent the firewall from thinking it is spam.
