Log for Site Changes

Is there a program on cPanel that keeps track of the changes I've made to my website with accurate dates and times? I've been searching very hard and I couldn't find one. I need to put changes I've made within the past 15 days on the actual website and I can't recall exactly what I have done. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is the R1Soft backup, but mine only goes back a week, so I don't know if you can go that far back.

Google Chrome gives me a SSL error dealing with the security certificate not being trusted. I have seen that link before and it's not exactly what I was looking for. Thanks anyways.
