Resolved Log in credentials

Im try to use an automated system to log into my server.

The supplier has said that they need "login credentials for the source server"

Im not exactly sure what log ins they are requesting as Im not a techie so Im not sure what to supply.

Any suggestions? Ive given them my Cpanel log in details and it doesnt seem to be that.

Your cPanel/DA log in details are also your FTP details. They may need SSH or remote database credentials but that's not going to happen on free, shared hosting. Ask them for specifics.

You should probably create an FTP account just for this purpose. I would not recommend sharing your DirectAdmin credentials with any third party. @lylex10h is correct about SSH and remote SQL, these are not possible with your account.
