Log in problem

i have a problem when i want to login from x10hosting.com
i receive a message like this 'problem while retreiving account information in the back end..'
Please could you fix this?? :dunno:

No one knows how long it will take.

There is no ETA on when the server issues will be resolved. You need to keep checking in periodically to keep up with the server status.

I think I am having the same problem. I have read the various READ THIS FIRST posts. When I try to log in, I get the following message:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

In addition, my webpage cannot be accessed by the public. I did not see this mentioned in the earlier posts. I just want to check and make sure my problem is wrapped up in the same one that has been discussed here, i.e. do I need to just sit back and wait?

Hello I am having a problem logging in to my site. I put in my username and password but it doesn't let me log in. I click to re register and it says that username is already in service use it. Yet I can not log in to it, nor is their any way to reset the password. This is for the actual site not the php.
