Log-In problems

Hello,

I am trying to log into my account but I keep getting messages saying "The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10 hosting account"

I try going to my control panel and I get a "Cannot display webpage" message.

I am able to log into the forums but not my account manger.?

When I try going to my page I get a "Cannot display webpage" message as well..

Can you tell me what is wrong with my account please??

Could you tell me your cPanel username so I can lookup what happened to it?

Is it not the same as my forum login?

If not then it's simcoehost

Your cPanel username has a maximum of 8 characters. Also, both simcoehost and beachboy84 do not return any info.

I understand your concern, and don't worry I won't display it online.
As I can't find information about your cPanel username in my logs, I'll get an account manager to check in other logs.

Your cPanel username is not found, seems like it's been a while since you registered. Your option would be to register for a new account.
