Log in problems

Help please Im having problems logging into my account I set it up about a a month ago now i have tried to use it and it wont let me log in although i can log into the forum..??

Your Forums Account is not linked with any hosting account.
To see what happened to your account we need you cpanel username.

That is not possible.. Your cpanel username must be of 8 characters..

Remember cpanel username and forums username are different.

I think your cpanel username is barbara which is linked to forums username ribbons.
