log in to forum & the system suspends me

I loged in twice in last week at

& the system suspends
http://waptek.x10hosting.com/
anyway ,,has this happend to anyone else
why wont it count me logging in

to prevent this should i log in @
http://x10hosting.com/forum
and then go to
http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/index.php?do=check

am i doing it wrong,, do i have to check something else
