logged and no account info

I'm receiving the following message at sign up:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

Does any one have an idea of what to do about it.

Wow =/ Sorry, you need to try reading the news and announcements board, where they post things like "news and announcements"...especially regarding servers and errors...I'll close this now.
