No files are available to restore at that point. Please ensure that you log into the single sign-on portal ( https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ ) at least once every 30 days - it's the only thing that counts as "activity". And if you do miss, you only have 21 days to unsuspend your account, so don't ignore emails or procrastinate (as I tend to do myself).
