when i try to login to account i get

This may be because the system is synchronizing among other things. If you've recently moved to a new server upon request, you may have to wait for a while to re-login again.

its been like this since yesterday around 9am

also cpanel is saying that it cant log me in

Could be the server switch over Your data is possibly all over the shot at the moment, just wait a couple of days

No, an admin needs to look into this. It's nothing you've done, or anything you can fix. Be patient and an admin will get with you soon.
