login attempt failed at cpanel

Hi,

I've searched the forum and read the stickies but am unable to resolve this issue:

When I log on at cpanel I get a login attempt failed message.

Also if I go to my domain: http://ringohappy.elementfx.com it shows up as a domain that's still available.

I am able to log on to my account page, though. I tried changing my password, but that didn't make a difference.

Anyone have ideas I can try?

Okay, I have looked into it, I have logged into your cPanel using the information you gave me.. Go to http://ringohappy.elementfx.com:2082 login is selsax and the password from that email you sent me works.
