Login Attempt failed,

cannot log into fris cpanel, and my website says "index of /" even though i had a portal installed a few days ago. if you can fix this that would be great, thanks.

To login to cPanel and missing files, what type of portal and downloads?

php-nuke, and i think, just the website software (like smf install.zip, phpnukeinstall.zip)

If it's a clean install than I suggest you re-install it.
