Login Attempt Failed!

I had this problem the other day and now its back again

I have updated my password and cleared by cache and also flushed my dns but still no luck !

I even changed Web Browsers ....

Please Help

Such problems should not occur and they are not from the server as many others could login & logout.
Can you tell us What browser are you using?
Are you accessing cpanel using https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083
If not, try the above with your cPanel userid and password.
I (only personally) use Google chrome and I think using it could be better.
Try and revert back.
