Login Attempt Failed

I've seen a lot of posts on this and I didn't want to have to make another post, but for some reason it wouldn't let me reply to say I'm having the same problem. Every time I try to login to my cPanel, it says "Login attempt failed". I haven't been able to find a working solution for this, so here is my info:

Server: Absolut
Username: exosoft
Type: Ad-Free

Can anyone help me?

Are you entering your user name in all lowercase? I was able to login with the admin pass. If you still can't I'll reset your password.

We removed permission to post in other's threads in the support forums due to the confusion it was causing.

Yes I've been logging in in all lowercase. Please reset my password. And thanks for informing me of the permission change. I thought I was in trouble or something
