Login Authentication Error

first of all, i am unable to access cpanel with my username and password, and i don't know how to remedy this . . . and when i visit my domain name, it says its still available . . . but i have registered it . . .
apart from that:
i am trying to connect to my newly created ad-free hosting account with filezilla client, but i keep getting an error: '530 Login Authentication failed', followed by 'Error: Could not connect to server', every time it evaluates my password. Everything seems to go smoothly right up until the password, which i am entering correctly. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

forumulaic.PCRiot.com - and account status is 'Unsuspended' - i just created it half an hour ago, but haven't been able to do anything with it as yet.
