I am struggling to login to my hosting site using a FTP program (smartFTP) and just tried using your web based cPanel.
I'm using the user name: 'phk' and password: 'phk12345'. Host: 'phk.x10hosting.com' and Path: 'phk.x10hosting.com'.
Please can you help me to resolve this problem.
