I have an account with x10hosing which was initially created from the UK. I am now at present in the USA and have received a notice from 10 hosting stating tis fact. As such I cannot login to my account. I have tried over and over again to send a support ticket off to admin of 10hosting stating clearly I am in the USA for the present. The message could not be delivered as the email address for support appears to be incorrect.
Can some one to advise if: 1. support@10hosting.com is correct and 2. Can someone respond to this issue asap. As a consequence, I am prevented from conducting my online business!
