Login issues...

Hello,
I have just signed up for x10hosting today, and I need help on some issues. When I try to login (in http://tda.elementfx.com:2082), it tells me that:
Login Attempt Failed!
In (http://x10hosting.com/), when I try to login, it says that:
An Error Has Occurred
The username specified does not exist.
Those errors occur when I am sure that I have entered both my username and password correctly. I recieved my confirmation email (for both the forum account and the cpanel account) and everything, followed the instructions in them but still the same problems. I also tried to reset my password twice in my cpanel page, but no email arrives (I checked my spam folder).
So what's the problem?
My Details:
Username: serpent
Domain: tda.ElementFX.com
Hosting Package: Advanced
E-mail: deadly.serpent@hotmail.com
P.S. I do really appreciate your services and this is the best hosting I encounered so far. (in terms of good hosting and good support)

I see your account, looks like it's all set up.

http://x10hosting.com/login <-- Make sure to use your FORUM user\pass for this one.

http://tda.elementfx.com:2082 <-- Make sure to type your user name in all lowercase. I was able to login to your cPanel so it's there and working.

To make sure the failed attempt is not cached try clearing your temp files, cookies, etc... It uses cookie authentication and has been causing issues for some people.

(http://x10hosting.com/login) works fine now, but I still have problems with logging in to (http://tda.elementfx.com:2082). I tried clearing my temporary files, cookies and even history. Nothing worked. I think it has got something to do with the two password resets I have requested. None of them reached my email (I checked my spam folder). I have also tried changing my password in (http://x10hosting.com/login), but for some reason it doesn't happen in both Internet Explorer 6 and Opera 9.23. If you can (and want), please send me my current password to my email.

I have received your PM and tried that password, but the problem still occurs. I have even tried to login through two different proxy sites, which did not do me any good. Neither did logging in Firefox 2.0.0.7. So is the problem with my computer or with the account?
Anyway, thank you for taking the time to help me.

Try it again now with the pass I sent you. I cleared all your password files and re-did it.
