Login page for cpanel is not opening

Few days ago I have registered with x10hosting.com for a ad-free hosting account with a user name mann1 and subdomain http://infoarbor.x10hosting.com And after creation of account, I changed my subdomain address to my own domain name http://infoarbor.com and also successfully changed the Name Server addresses of my domain from the control panel of my domain to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com on 05-Jan-2008
1. Now I am able to login to http://x10hosting.com/account with user name mann1 but in the account information it shows my account username as mann and not mann1
My server name is cossacks.x10 and everything is online except Exim
also my account does not showing any FTP login details(Host name, username etc.)

2. According to my Account Panel my cPanel URL is http://infoarbor.com:2082
But when I open this link it does not open any Login page for cPanel and say "Page can not be displayed"
And I think it is not due to Global Update process of servers, because it is not showing even Login page for cPanel.

Plz help me to resolve these issues ASAP.

x10 Hosting is undergoing some mataniece to there, Well everything. Just give Corey(Owner) a few more days and im sure it will get worked out.

This means that your problem may not be resolved for a day or two so please sit tight.

I know that the servers are under maintenance, but I think my problems are not just due to this maintenance process. It may be due to some other reasons.

I have the same issue, doesn't really disturb me. My guess is that when the Admins set up your account, just like when they set up mine, they've made a typo.

Anyway, you're better off waiting for the server issues to be resolved, otherwise you're just going to have no way of knowing if your username is correct and the page is displaying properly.

The cPanel issues are most likely relate to the server issues - please be patient

Currently x10 free hosting servers are under going a Global Update(MySQL, Issues, Etc.).

If you can't login to any of your accounts other than your forum account,

Stoli and Cossacks are under extreme maintenance to clean up all inactive accounts and prepare them for the copy over. Once complete Apache and services will be brought back online until it is time to copy them.

This means that if you can login to your accounts, any changes made won't be carried across when the backups are copied over.
So from this we can conclude that any changes made by staff to accounts won't stay either.
There is no ETA for the whole process, but Corey will periodically update the Global Update(MySQL, Issues, Etc.) thread as to when certain stages are completed.
