I have a problem with my account. I don't know if it's suspended, but when I go to the login panel I have a problem.

Here is a photo of that:


I've tried to enter the username, but it sais me that it doesn't exist.
When I try to login to the CPanel it sais: Login Attempt Failed!
And if I try to connect to the site i see that the Apache is Activate, but I didn't do that.
What can I do?? Is possible to solve this thing??

If you don't login to the forums in two weeks your account gets suspended for inactivity. After suspension you've 10 days to claim for unsuspension, after this 10 days if you haven't claimed for unsuspension your account gets automatically terminated from our servers.

This is what happened to your hosting account, which was finally terminated on May 20th.
You can create a new account if you want.

But an Information. If I connect to the server with a FTP Client;Does the server count it as a login?
Because I connect to it with FTP every 3 days.

I have Another Problem.
When I've create the new account, I've entered the same informations as the older.
So the server during the creation (when it sais you;wait) has send me:

I need have the same name host because i have to host there updates for some programm, too.

I've Tried to create: matman.exofire.net
It was also my old site name that was suspended and deleted.

Regarding the login question.

The only medium we consider logging in is the x10 forums.
You must login(no need to post) to the X10FORUMS once in 2 weeks to avoide your account from getting suspended for inactivity.
