login problems

everytime i log in i get this message

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

any ideas why, my account name is phenix.. thanks guys

Any ideas what is going on with my site? I can't log into my account, I can't get into C-Panel and I can't even get to my site, it says it is still available! I have received the conformation e-mails and followed the conformation link though it says it has been completed, I have no access to anything (site, c-panel, or account status). Thanks for the help and support

Read the announcements, please. CPanel has been being updated by Corey. CPanel will be screwing up a bit as will Apache.

I understand that C-panel and apache may be down at times, though i can't even log into the account, to the page where like the server status and everything is. I can pull up the site, but it says its still available :dunno:

The site is supposed to be http://phenixdesigns.pcriot.com I did receive the confoermation e-mails on the account creation, but i can't get anywhere. I did go through the server announcements before i posted here to see if there was any problems like that and I did not find anything recent enough that would relate to all three problems, I do understand the problems that Corey has been having with the servers lately, I wish him luck with all of that, I wouldn't have the patience to deal with it like he does.
