Login problems!

I am trying to connect through filezilla and I keep getting a "login authentication failed" error. I know I am entering the information correctly, but it is not working. I have triple checked every information field, and still nothing, If someone could please help me out on this on I would be greatly appreciative. Thank you.

Please make sure you're using the following information to connect:

Host: armchairvets.x10hosting.com
Port: 21 (default).
Username: buddah77
Password: THE SAME PASSWORD YOU USE TO LOGIN TO CPANEL.
