Login to cPanel

When I try to log in to cPanel it says login attempt failed. I have tried updating the password but that doesnt help. As far as i know there is no "Forgot Password" button so there is no way of confirming that I have the right password.
I really couldnt think of much else to do than post this so sorry if the answer is really simple.

Check that you arent suspended in your account panel : http://x10hosting.com/control/?

Then Post Back!

The system does not show your hosting account as suspended, but going to your website shows the 'Suspended' page.

Try logging on to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php (uses Forum username and password) and see if it shows that your account is suspended and the reason. If you can, unsuspend yourself. Then you should be able to login to cPanel.

Community support are not able to resolve this issue, Escalated to admins
