I am currently suspended and I am trying to resolve the issue but I cannot login to CPanel using the correct name and password, I have recently changed the password to something else, but it still does not work

You were suspended for the following reason:

Violation of x10hosting's terms of service - illegal content detected on hosting account. Details: nulled vbulletin is prohibited on x10hosting's servers.

This is a zero tolerance suspension, so unless you can prove otherwise that the vBulletin install was in fact licensed, the account cannot be unsuspended by a staff member.

Now that your initial question has been addressed and you have not accepted your opportunity of suspension appeal in over 48 hours, I am going to conclude that you were in fact breaching the x10Hosting Terms of Service, and are uneligible for an appeal. I am going to close this support thread to mark it as resolved.
