In the paid programs on x10hosting, you can see those 2 benefits, for the static and corporate plan

Weekly backup and
Priority support

but for the advanced plan, you get
Priority support AND...
Weekly support!:naughty: what a good extra service!
Go fix that typo!

All paid accounts get a weekly back-up.
You'll have to wait for an Admin to fix that typo error
