Hi there, my free x10 accout has been unused for, oooh, at least a year..

I doubt there's any way I can salvage anyhting but would like to check.

My account name is jimowen and my x10 domain was called gladman.

That's the only info I've still got available to me, I'm afraid.

I can't find your account information, so I guess that your account has been terminated, but a staff will need to check the termination log.

Thanks.

I'd not be surprised if it's gone. Do they/you hold archives, or anything like that for any period of time?

We are able to look up the history of a particular cPanel username and find out the termination date. If by "archives" you mean "files," no, we do not keep files for accounts that have been terminated.

Oh well. Nevermind. It was always a shot in the dark.

If knowing my termination date won't change anything, then there's no need for me to know it, I guess...as long as I have been terminated and I'm not just being an idiot...? (quite possible)

We're having some technical difficulties so I can't check your cPanel account information via the resources I have available to me right now. However, it seems like a hosting account is no longer linked to your forum account, and the subdomain that you provided in your first post has become available for reregistration, so I'm guessing that your account was terminated.
