I like the template and logo, they look clean, neat and simple. I also like the image links in the top right corner, but you need text for all of them, and maybe you could edit them so that they have a 'popup test', by using the title value. Eg <img src="" title="Home">. Its just a little difficult to tell what the icons without text mean.

When logged in, there is text above all the icons . This is because unregistered users can't access the features that the icons represent
