That is a generic page that has been added automatically as the account has been created. If you are transfering a domain to use with this account, it can take up to 48 hours for the change to be added to all the name servers. but usually within 12 hours most of the world can see the domain change and this ONLY appies when you are bringing a domain with you, otherwise ignore it.

The way I understand it, is to go ahead and and start uploading your site to the servers in the public_html directory and make sure the first page you want the world to see is either titled, index.html or index.htm or index.php. Without that start page name, the server will not know what page to begin with and basically do nothing.

Note that the "Coming Soon" page is sticky in cache as well; you'll probably need to delete your cache and history before you see your actual index page. And there is a chance that your ISP will be caching the page on its servers, and if that turns out to be the case you have no choice but to wait for it to age out (usually 6 to 24 hours).
