I recently started a new web design company, called MilleniumInfinity. I am looking to hire staff members good in graphic and web design. I also need other staff. Here's how everyone will get paid:

Website designer=20% of total profits.
Anyone who is experienced with computers=20%
Someone to be on the chat rooms/customer interactions (PM if you want to know what I mean by this)=10%
Someone to pay for advertising and other services=10%
PERCENTAGES SUBJECT TO CHANGE EVENTUALLY

I also may need staff on sbOnline.

I will pay everyone in cash - USD - but if I get some more credits you can get paid in credits for some positions
