I used to have an account under the domain wangandrew.com. My x10 name was andrewvfx.x10.mx, I think. When my account was deleted due to inactivity, I created a new one. It says that the dns is already linked to another account so i cannot use the domain for my new site. I assume it is because the parked domain files for the previous account have not been removed. Is there any way to restore my previous account or delete these files?

This is quite a confusing one. Your domain doesn't actually exist in the configuration, but for some reason, the server refuses to believe that.
I may have to reach out to cPanel about this.
I'm going to check with my management team in the morning and see if they have any suggestions.

Hi Andrew,
I apologise for the difficulties in creating your parked domain. It appears that your previous account's DNS zone for this particular domain had only partially deleted, and cPanel was failing to recognise that. I've now fully deleted the DNS zone, and I've added it as a Parked Domain in your new account to verify things are working.
