Lost account, domain still active

Hey guys,

just starting out with x10.

Had signed up for ad-enhanced and ad-free as I thought the registration had not gone through after I had waited more than the stated time. I was unaware of work being done on the servers at the time, etc.

I signed up for ad-enhanced with <swaine> and ad-free with <godd>.
Ad-enhanced got made yesterday and started to play around in it, go the domain setup and all.
When the ad-free account was created today I received an email telling me I can login (to x10/account) with <godd> now, but I couldn't. When I logged in using me info for ad-enhanced (<swaine>), I now had the ad-free account hooked to it.

I can't seem to see where I can get to the account page for my ad-enhanced now, but both godd.x10hosting and swaine.x10hosting are working, and have proper cpanels working.



Any help?

Sorry if there was confusion during the creation process and it seemed like I wanted ad-free and not ad-enhanced.

You can have only one account on x10. You need to terminate either of the two accounts.

Okay, no problem...how do I go about that...but
the real problem is...

do I log in as Swaine, and since its godd's info, it will close godd...or do I request for godd to be deleted somewhere, and hope for Swaine to right itself?

K, I submitted a request to have the account (godd) deleted from the account (in the changes forum).

Seems like it was a popular thing to do
