Lost all of my files due to inactivity, can't revive account

I have been working on a site for quite some time, but I went on vacation for over 30 days. This happened once before, but there was a button to revive the site. Now, no one owns my domain name, and when I log in, there is no option to revive the account. I could just go through the process of getting a domain all over again, but I wouldn't have my code. Does x10Hosting automatically back files up? I have purchased other hosting, but I need some of the files. PLEASE HELP I'M DESPERATE!!!

Timing is everything, I'm afraid. Your account would have been suspended after 30 days of inactivity (that is, if you hadn't logged in to your account panel for 30 days), but if it remained suspended for more than 14 days, it would have been terminated and the files and data deleted. x10Hosting does maintain backups for Free Hosting, but they're expensive in terms of storage space (and many accounts are suspended/terminated because they contain files/data that are illegal) so backups of terminated accounts are deleted. Sections 6 and 7 of the Terms of Service cover both:

6. System Backups

Backups are the sole responsibility of the customer. x10Hosting retains and offers backups to the customer but does not guarantee this service from failure. It is recommended all customers keep their own backups. Backups will not be provided to account holders who have been suspended for breaching the terms outlined on this page.

7. Inactivity

Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 14 day period and then removed from our servers (terminated). All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account. To prevent an account from being suspended for inactivity it is required users visit the x10Hosting Account Portal located at https://x10hosting.com/portal/ at least once every 30 days. Accounts must have a working website within 1 week.
