Lost My FTP Information

Hi, I was forced to reformat my computer a few days ago and lost all of my FTP information, I have no idea what it is because I had all of the information saved in my FTP program and my computer in a text file.

Couldn't you just log into your cpanel and then click on the FTP icon and get your information? ( Hence, also a way to access your files )

I don't know how to get to my cpanel either, could you enlighten me please? :dunno:

I don't remember my login information either, because it was always saved in my FTP program.
