Lost of Website

Hi x10hosting team,

I logged into my cPanel only to see a message "You don't have any websites added. Create one and begin your online presence today!", but I have already a website up and running since 2014, using your Site Builder tool. Can you please help to check why I am not seeing my website or files under my account?

You don't have any websites added

This is a known issue with the [ x10Hosting Basic ] control panel - You have two choices:
#1 - create a custom site and select the files that you have already uploaded to your account (your current site) - using the [ x10Hosting Basic ] theme
OR
#2 - switch to the [ cPanel x3 ] theme by clicking on the [ Switch Theme ] button at the top of the screen (after you Sign-in to cPanel) then select the [ cPanel x3 ] theme
