We recently ordered premium hosting and wanted to switch our site thetrifectagroup.x10.bz to premium hosting. It turns out that no site exists for this address anymore.

Are you offering free illuminated hosting? We would like to get reimbursed from the premium account and use illuminated if that is the case. (Am I looking at this right?) How can we resolved as soon as possible.

That domain doesn't exist, you're correct, however I do show the account with the domain "thetrifectagroup.net" is currently attached to your free hosting account.

If you did a "Modify Main Domain" request in the past, that would have removed the trifectagroup.x10.bz as a domain and replaced it with the .net version - near as I can tell that's what happened. You're still able to have your free account migrated over, as the account does still exist. It's showing create-date 4-25-2011.
