Lottery Machine

Hey,
I need somebody to make me a lottery machine.
All I want is to be able to type in the amount of numbers and between which numbers ( I.E. 5 Numbers between 1-50)
Im not sure how many points this is worth so please tell me if you can do it and for how many points.
