Lotus Apache Down? (similar problem from another thread)

I can't seem to visit my site either. I found a similar thread 2 days ago about lotus apache being down. It also states in my account panel that apache httpd is down.

Any help is greatly appreciated.. thanks.

Should be resolved. Was an issue with semaphore arrays!
