Others are having problems.
I go to MySQLDatabases to try the old re-apply permissions trick when it says I have no databases.

PHPMyAdmin gives:

#1129 - Host 'int.lotus.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

It would be nice if someone told the big guys that, Houston, we have a problem.

I am having the same issues. MySQL databases are all missing. Hopefully they'll have everything back to normal soon. If not I'll open a ticket. Unless one of our 'Advocates' can bump this thread? (Please)

Same problem here, no database access so no blog access. Need it back asap.

That might be the understatement of the year.
Two hours and still not one Community Advocate, Account Manager, or Admin has responded. And if you look at 'Who's Online' you can see they have been online.

And exactly which Admin did you contact? Sorry, but I have heard your line before.

I sixth that problem. I get the same on Lotus and my database is gone. The rest of the site is up. But we have the service free, so you'll get to it when you get to it. Just wanted to make sure someone knows it.

The frustration of you and everybody else on Lotus is very understandable. I have a website on Lotus and have also been unable to access the website or cPanel for several hours so I am somewhat frustrated about that myself. Just because no Community Advocates, Account Managers, or Admin have responded to this issue in forums does not mean they are unaware. As you pointed out, some of these folks have been online browsing the forums and reading posts. Also, admins are made aware of server issues by several methods besides the forums. Try to have a little patience with this. Things happen every now and then. And I AM sure it will be resolved quickly because we have a great staff and things like this are almost always resolved very quickly.

Again, which Admins have you communicated with?

I don't want to hear that they must have seen these posts.

You said they were aware. To me, that means you have communicated with them directly. Have you?

It takes 30 seconds to post "I have noted the problem and am looking into it" here or on the Status Alert page which you guys love to point to when something is there. Even if it is five days old.

@dlukin:
I am here to help people - not to debate trivial points or get into long detailed explanations about x10 management and support.
Have a great day.
