lotus server down

When I try to access my website, either through cPanel, web browser or FTP, it just doesnt work. Lotus isnt listed in http://clients.x10hosting.com/serverstatus.php. Would you have an ETA on this?

My best guess of an ETA is anywhere from 4 hrs to 4 days.

Yes. I am on Lotus and my site won't load either.
