Lotus Server Load?

For the past couple days I've been getting no action from my url and so every day I log into my account and it gives me that wonderful little red icon saying that the server is overloaded and then a crazy number like 21.89

I'm sure this is being worked on, I just haven't seen any site updates about it, or forum posts about an ETA for it to be up and running again.
