Hello, my website is displaying this message:

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Host 'lotus.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' [1129]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

I also see that my control panel no longer has knowledge of my database:

SQL Databases 0/3

where it usually shows SQL Databases: 2/3

Is this something I should try to restore myself (and probably lose data) or is this something I should wait to have restored?
