M not able to open my webpage

Plz help me out m not able to open my webpage. I need it because i do have to show it to my teacher for my job do help me out.

when m trying to open my webpage it gives this informationatabase Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

wait for sometime. this problem might resolve itself.
it has happened with me many times. after few minutes, sometimes hours it resolves automatically.
