the game is just making me more excited and anxious, i need to stop looking at previews lol what do yall think of the release? early rating?

No competition = no point in trying to beat anyone. NFL fans will have to buy your game or not play football.

It's what EA was doing with NHL releasing crap year after year. Luckily this year ESPN came out with a much better game for us and we were saved.

I mean nothings changed the year the players and the teams, NO NFL season whats the point of releasing an NHL game?

I have had every Madden game that came out since it first debutted on the nintendo

Now of course I only get the PC versions

Excellent stuff... though in the last 3 years I must say I am much more impressed with the game play, but a little disenfranchised with it too. I went from ALWAYS playing on madden level, to having to bounce between rookie and pro level Either the game got harder or I got to old for video games LOL

YEah me either. I am looking toward the gameplay the most. They say its gonna be the best in any football series since the NFL on ESPN game i forgot hwat it was called but yea.

Oh yeah EA games have alot more into them thats just what Electronic Arts wants, Is to get very games out to the public and indeed they do. I believe need for speed series are ea arts, the sims is ea arts...theres 2 top games already from EA.

Yeah EA have a lot going for them ATM. They dominate in both sports games and in adventure games/objective games.

i saw a preview for this game.. quite impressive graphically
i hope its fun though

alot of good-graphic games nowadays are incredibly boring.. reminds me of the time i used to never get tired of good ol' snes

I got it for my birthday on Aug. 17. It's pretty fun, even though it is rather hard. The best new thing is the Superstar mode. You pick a set of parents, pick a mentor, pick an agent and then you go into the NFL Draft. After this has happened various things will happen like, movie offers, you'll have to go through training camp, there will be interviews along with alot more stuff. Just check it out, you'll get addicted like me =D.

The precision passing is pretty good. Adds another dimension to the game. And when you get it down you basically can't be stopped.
