Made an account, changed the name. now NOTHING works. Please help. I cant FTP, HTTP, or anything. Also while your at it. When it was working my index.html never showed up on the web. Can you help me out with that also? I had the files in the public_html and they were in the www folder also i noticed. Thanks for the help and the use of the server.

Your main domain leads me to an empty directory, so you do not have any files in your public_html. Since it's taking me to that directory, then that means that your domain change has finished. Clear your browser's cache before visiting your domain url. If you still can't ftp or get into cPanel, then you can update your password in your account panel. https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php
