Hey,

I use your paid service for ilovemymoose.com

I wanted to trial the upcoming Magento e-commerce system which looks quite promising.

Apparently it needs the PHP Extension "pdo_mysql" to operate, which I don't think is installed because I couldn't install it.

Is this something to look into?

First of all, I apologize, but you've posted this request for support in an incorrect section.

The reason why you may be lacking this resource is maybe you haven't upgraded your PHP Configuration yet. In the account manager via x10Hosting, there is a box on the bottom of the page that will allow you to request a PHP Configuration change. Simply provide the reason with the type of application you are installing into your web space. If you have already done this, then this issue must be brought up to the administrators.

I don't actually know my login or password to the account manager, I've checked my signup e-mails and it doesnt appear to be in there.

If you've already linked your account, you login into the x10Hosting account manager via your Forum Account Credentials. This means you use your forum account information to login into the x10Hostin Account Manager.

1st, yes this thread is in the wrong forum. Please post support threads regarding free hosting in the "Free Hosting" forum and paid hosting requests in the "Priority Support" forum.
