Mail account problem

Hello guys,
I upgraded from advanced account to corporate account, I already had an existing account and when I tried to create a new account I get an error saying that I have reached the limit and then after that the one account I had previously created also disappeared. When I check my home page in cpanel I see this.....Check the attachment. i.e I am not getting any mail account nor any mailing list:dunno:

This is currently a common issue - we aren't sure why it is doing this, but an admin needs to check the package your account is on.

I'll let them know.
