I just created a forum account, and a free hosting account. In the free hosting account I created one emailaddress. Though it seems the mail is unreachable through webmail (in all three interfaces) and not via IMAP. The webmail throws a 'cannot connect to db' error, and connecting through IMAP results in the server refusing my mailprogram to log in.
I suspected this was due to the novelty, that after a few hours all data would be spread out to all the locations on your servers where it should be. But now we are >12hrs later and it is still the case.
I am not sure this is all the info you would need. Not even sure I am entitled to ask for support in a free hosting account. Please let me know if you need more information, or if I cannot ask support.
