mail() DISABLED!

and again someone with the problem that the mail doesn't work:

my error:

Warning: mail() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/sventh/public_html/signup.php on line 44

And yes, I did read the other threads and I did wait for about 5 hours.

so PLEASE HELP ME!

You have 'Basic' PHP, please go to http://x10hosting.com/login, go down to PHP Version and upgrade to v2 or v3 to use mail().
